How it works
- 1Set up the property: building templates and room types, then buildings and units with images, documents, meters and parking.
- 2Register owners and residents, assign ownership with dates and price, transfer units with a verification code.
- 3Residents top up their wallet by ZainCash or bank transfer (approved by an admin) and buy services from it.
- 4Maintenance requests are assigned to a contractor and followed by the resident until completion.
- 5A resident creates a visitor pass; the gate scans the QR code, approves entry and the visit is logged.
