How it works
- 1Reception registers the patient with photos and documents, assigns a doctor and books the appointment on a calendar.
- 2On the day, arrivals are marked and the queue is reordered live; reminders go out by SMS.
- 3The doctor opens the record, adds services, tests and medicines, and writes the prescription.
- 4The cashier bills, prints the receipt or sets up a payment plan with instalments in two currencies.
- 5The warehouse dispenses prescribed items oldest-expiry-first; accounting closes the month and reads profit reports.
